QUALITY CONTROL FLOW CHART
 
Quality Inspection 1
 
1. At this stage of process control, samples will be taken from condoms off the dipping line and immediately after tumbler-dried.
2.

150 samples are taken from each batch for the following tests :

3. For water test, if there are more than 5 failure in the batch, then this batch can only be classified into Grade C after the 100% electronic testing on the batch.
4. For visual check, batch having more than 20% total major or more than 10 major individual defect, QA Executive together with QA Manager will make a disposition on wheter this batch will be rejected and be issued to Primary Production for 100% screening, or subject the batch for further test or could proceed for 100% electronic test.
 
Quality Inspection 2
 
1. Batch after the QC Inspection 1 will proceed for 100% electronic test (see detailed Bursting Test System).
2. At stage 2 of QC Inspection, product will be classified into different grades based on water test (pin-hole test) and visual control.
3. After Electronic Test, QA Inspector will take 200 samples for visual checking and water test in which, if fails, the batch shall be issued to Secondary Department for sorting and screening.
4.

QA shall retest and grade the reworked batch.

5. Passed batch shall be transferred to cartons/tubs with labels indicating the batch number, product code, colour, quantity and the grade.

6. Passed batches shall be transfered to the Wharehouse. The validity period of passed batch is 12 months from the date of testing.
 
Quality Inspection 3
 
1. At QC Inspection 3, samples are taken from condoms after foiling and tested per customer's requirement before product release.
2. QC Inspector shall take samples according to the required tests for the whole shipment lot.
3. Upon passing the test, the products will be released for final box packaging. In the case of bulk foiled shipment, the products will be released for shipment preparation.
4. The products that failed the test will not be released for shipment and will be on hold pending further disposition.
